Sunday, February 1st is the Full Moon in Leo and it is here to help us open ourselves to reflection. Also known as the Snow Moon, it illuminates the space where authenticity, creativity, and courage live. This moon asks us to examine how we show up in the world: Are we living from the heart, or seeking approval? Are we honoring our passions, or suppressing them to feel accepted? Where are we being called to lead with love rather than fear?

Full Moon in Leo

Spiritually, the Snow Moon reminds us that stillness is not inactivity. Beneath frozen ground, life is quietly preparing for rebirth. Though everything may appear paused on the surface, deep inner work is unfolding. This moon invites us to slow down, turn inward, and honor the unseen growth happening within ourselves—even if results aren’t visible yet.

Leo asks us to reconnect with what makes us feel alive. Under this moon, we’re encouraged to reflect on where we’ve been dimming our light, waiting for permission, or outsourcing our self-worth. Where have you been holding back your voice, your joy, or your creative fire out of fear of being seen too fully?

This Full Moon shines a revealing light on themes of confidence, recognition, and self-expression. Emotions tied to pride, vulnerability, or feeling overlooked may rise to the surface. You may feel a desire to be witnessed—or to finally reclaim a part of yourself that’s been quietly waiting beneath the surface. Let whatever emerges be met with compassion.

Leo reminds us that leading with the heart doesn’t require force or performance—it requires honesty. And the Snow Moon teaches us that not all growth is loud or visible. So how do you work with this energy? By trusting both your inner fire and your need for rest. Ask yourself: where am I ready to show up more authentically? What part of me is quietly strengthening, even if no one else can see it yet?

This is a powerful time to create, reflect, and reconnect with your inner spark. Journal, rest intentionally, express yourself creatively, or simply sit with your heart and listen. You don’t need to rush forward—just honor what’s stirring beneath the surface.

We want to leave this moon feeling grounded, confident, and aligned—trusting that even in moments of stillness, transformation is underway, and our light is preparing to shine more fully when the time is right
