Each individual event would be enough to bring brand new energy to you, but all together they are here to bring some major, fundamental shifts to who you are and how you move in your life. So let’s talk about what each of these events are, what you need to know about their energy, and what you can expect moving forward.

Sunday, February 1st is the Full Moon in Leo and it is here to help us open ourselves to reflection. Also known as the Snow Moon, it illuminates the space where authenticity, creativity, and courage live. This moon asks us to examine how we show up in the world: Are we living from the heart, or seeking approval? Are we honoring our passions, or suppressing them to feel accepted? Where are we being called to lead with love rather than fear?

Spiritual Burnout can be easy to trigger into, especially if you are exploring and getting deeper into the metaphysical world, have a spiritual awakening, or you are doing shadow work. The constant expansion beyond yourself (or deep into your past) can create physical and mental exhaustion. It may lead you to start ignoring the practical things you need to do like taking care of your body’s needs, being active in your personal relationships, or even keeping up on chores around the house.
