What’s included with my quarterly subscription box?

We have created a quarterly subscription box designed to help you focus on self care throughout the seasons and flow of the year. Each quarterly box will have a unique theme focused around the current season. Expect to find: Crystals Some of our favorite products and exclusive items you won't find in the store Self care ideas and tools Daily rituals  And exclusive experiences To help you in your journey of establishing self care practices, we have created a playlist of videos that explain how to use all the different items, why we chose each item, plus exclusive experiences that won’t be able to be found anywhere else.

Can I tailor my box?

Where’s the fun in that? We have a team with over 11 years of experience in helping put self-care back into your hands. Every quarter, we curate your subscription box with a selection of items to help create a routine of self care for the season.

How does it work?

When you sign-up for our quarterly subscription, you’ll receive a box according to the following schedule. Q1: January - March Any order placed between 1/1 and 3/31 will receive the Q1 box. Q1 Boxes ship starting 3/10. Estimated shipping is between 7-10 Business Days, so you should receive it by 3/17-3/20 Q2: April - June Any order placed between 4/1 and 6/30 will receive the Q2 box. Q2 Boxes ship starting 6/10. Estimated shipping is between 7-10 Business Days, so you should receive it by 6/17-6/20 Q3: July - September Any order placed between 7/1 and 9/30 will receive the Q3 box. Q3 Boxes ship starting 9/10. Estimated shipping is between 7-10 Business Days, so you should receive it by 9/17-9/20 Q4: October - December Any order placed between 10/1 and 12/31 will receive the Q4 box. Q4 Boxes ship starting 12/10. Estimated shipping is between 7-10 Business Days, so you should receive it by 12/17-12/20 Subscriptions auto-renew and you can cancel at any time prior to the following dates: March 1st June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st. You can also purchase a one-time box that does not auto-renew! This one-time box will only charge you at the time of purchase.

What is the cut off date to order this quarter’s box?

Which box you receive depends on the date on which you ordered the box! Check out our schedule below to see which box would be your first! When will my order ship?

Our subscriptions are shipped out around the 10th of the last month of each quarter (March, June, September, and December). All orders received by the cut-off date of the quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, or December 31st) will be shipped out by the end of that month. All orders received after the cut-off date will receive the next quarter’s box. US shipping generally takes 7-10 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time Sienna Moon ships to customers within the 48 contiguous states.

How do I update my ship to address?

To update your shipping address, please contact us before the next cycle to update your account page by March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st. You can contact us at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com to make that adjustment for you.

Can I order multiple subscriptions?

Yes! However, you can only have one Shipping Address per order.

Billing
When will you bill me?

If you did a one-time purchase, you will only be billed at checkout. If you signed up for a quarterly subscription box, your credit card will be charged every 3 months from your original date of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew and you can cancel at any time prior to the following dates: March 1st June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, call us at (262) 696-4860 and we will help facilitate any updates. To update the next cycle, please contact us by March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st.

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re-billed?

If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, Sienna Moon may automatically keep trying to renew your subscription. If we are unsuccessful, we may automatically move your subscription renewal to the next quarter as we work to contact you. If your renewal remains unsuccessful, then your subscription may automatically expire or be canceled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date. Sienna Moon is not responsible for any overdraft charges from banks for credit cards

Pauses, Returns, and Cancellations
Am I able to skip or pause my next box?

If you would like to skip a monthly shipment for any reason, you can do so by emailing us at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com Please note that we are unable to skip or pause an order which is already in preparation to ship, starting on March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st.

How do I cancel?

Our goal is to help you raise the vibes in your life. If your subscription is not raising your vibes, let us know. Our team is dedicated to finding the best solution for you. Canceling your auto-renewal will let us know to stop renewing once the duration of your commitment has ended. To cancel the next cycle, please contact us at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com by March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, or December 1st. Please note, you will still receive the boxes you initially signed up to receive. The renewal can be canceled anytime by contacting us at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com.

What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?

Once you subscribe, your method of payment is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a box, you must email us immediately at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com and request a refund via email. Refunds will be provided if you email us directly requesting a refund for your subscription order within 24 hours.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We honor cancellations and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order only. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your subscription order at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com and request a refund via email. After receiving an email request for a refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back onto your card. IF YOU WANT/NEED AN REFUND BEYOND 24HR CANCELLATION We want you to be 100% happy with your box! If you are unsatisfied with your box, we accept returns of new and unused Sienna Moon boxes in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Valid tracking for the return must be provided by the buyer to siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com once the return is shipped. The box must be in its original condition and packaging. Boxes missing items will not be accepted for returns.We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, so please ensure that your box is packaged securely when being returned. Please note that a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted if you prefer a refund for returned boxes back to your original payment method. For store credit refunds, you will receive the full refund in the form of a store credit which you can use for any future purchase at our store, Sienna Moon. Simply let us know your preferred method of refund when emailing us.

What if I received a damaged item?

Complimentary replacements will be provided if an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at siennamoonsubscriptions@gmail.com and attach a photo of the damages or defects within 14 days of receipt of your box. Please send photos of: The outside condition of the box upon delivery The damaged item showing damage or defect The inside of the box you received Our team will ship you a replacement for damage items ASAP upon receiving these photos. We are unable to process a replacement without photos. We may also ask for you to return the damaged goods in order for us to process a claim. In these cases we will provide a free shipping label.
