Booking Policy

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Retreat Contract: Your official Retreat Participant Agreement will be sent to the email address provided at booking via DocuSign within 24 hours. This agreement must be reviewed and signed within 48 hours of receipt to finalize your reservation. If the agreement is not completed within this timeframe, the Organizers reserve the right to release your space to another participant.

1. Deposit & Payment Policy

A deposit equal to 50% of your total retreat booking fee is required to reserve your space. This deposit is non-refundable, including in the event of Participant cancellation or inability to attend. For example, for a $3,800 Shared Room booking, the $1,900 deposit is non-refundable.

Your booking may be transferred to another eligible participant up to 45 days prior to the retreat, with written approval from the Organizers and provided the new participant is able to complete all necessary agreements and travel arrangements.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by April 7th, 2027. If full payment is not received by this deadline, the Organizers reserve the right to release your reservation, and your deposit will remain non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are not eligible for a guaranteed refund of any payments made. Any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit will be considered at the sole discretion of the Organizers.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage as soon as your booking is confirmed to help protect against unexpected circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, cancellations, or other events that may prevent you from attending.

4. Additional Travel Expenses

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that your retreat payment does not include and that you are personally responsible for:

Proper Travel Documentation & Identification - i.e. Passport, UK Entry visa, etc.

Round-trip airfare to and from Scotland

Transportation before and after the official retreat dates, unless specifically stated as included

Accommodation required before or after the retreat

Meals and personal expenses during excursions unless specifically stated as included

Required travel insurance

Any other personal travel expenses not expressly included in the retreat package
