If your dreams were trying to tell you something important, would you recognize it? Have you ever woken up from a dream and you knew it had meaning, but didn’t know what? You’ve been having dreams that won’t leave your mind and can’t be forgotten. There’s a reason for this! Your dreams are your subconscious mind talking to your conscious mind. It speaks in metaphors and tells a story about what change is happening within you. Luckily, dreams hold a pattern that can help you find the meaning. In this class, Becca will teach you how to use that pattern to analyze your dreams and better understand your deeper emotions. You will learn: • How to translate dream imagery into meaning • Why emotion is the key to interpretation • How to recognize important vs. irrelevant details • How to deepen your connection to your dreamspace If this speaks to you, I’ll see you in class.
