Lisa Welk-Goodings, Spiritual Coach and Facilitator of The Energy Codes, will focus this session on Healing the Subconscious: centered around The Clearing Code. These practices reach into the subconscious to release old patterns of fear and protection so we can move from protective personality to authentic soulful presence. Most of our blocks that keep us small live below our awareness in the subconscious. Many of us feel stuck in old patterns or heavy emotions that continue to cause triggered behaviors and emotions when we least expect it. Instead of talking about trauma, you’ll learn how to use the body’s own energy flow to find where the breath and life force have been restricted. By uncovering patterns though muscle testing, you will learn more about the stored energies that distort the minds lens and the body’s energy field. These practices release traumas from the past at the energy level, so you are the master of your destiny.
