Service Description

During Results Coaching we identify the clutter in your life from relationships, health, physical clutter, old belief patterns and stuck energy that is holding you back from creating the life you want. Utilizing an assortment of tools, I actively guide you to release mentally, emotionally and physically. Each session you will walk away feeling lighter and have action based steps that move you closer to better balance, freedom and fun. During these 6 months we create more time for what is important, momentum, accountability and support. Sometimes this coaching looks like clearing out your car on day 1, creating a vision board on day 2 and hiking a mountain on day 65. Go from the key holder of your life to the CEO. This is a consultation. Results Coaching is a 6 month commitment with 2 individual sessions per month, weekly check ins, plus texting support is available.
