This restorative gathering blends meditative practices, somatic movement, reflective exercises, and energy + sound healing techniques to support you in resetting your nervous system, clearing your auric field, and aligning your mind, body, and spirit. Each participant will receive Reiki, allowing for deep healing. If you’re seeking a sacred space to release what no longer serves you and embrace new growth, come reset, cleanse, and reconnect with a like-minded, soul-nourishing community.
