The Self Care Transformational Journey has been created to show you a roadmap of what your own journey could look like. This looks at what 5 dedicated sessions with a practitioner could bring into your life. Booking this bundle also includes a $45 store credit to use in a personal shopping experience with your practitioner. Session 1: Focus: Discovery and surface level energy clearing. You leave feeling clearer, at ease & relaxed. Session 2: Focus: Honing in on specific chakra, trauma, or block. You leave with deeper, longer lasting relief. Session 3: Focus: Unraveling blocks and reprogramming the energy. You leave with expanded clarity and self awareness. Session 4: Focus: Moving beyond and into harmony. You leave creating the space for hopes and dreams Session 5: Focus: Activating and embodying goals and intentions. You leave ready to explore new beginnings and transformations You will be scheduling your first session through the website.
