A Somatic + Shamanic Ceremony for Deep Emotional Clearing Step into a sacred space where rage, grief, frustration, and fear are not only allowed—but honored. This intimate class is a full-bodied release experience designed to support you in moving long-held emotions through somatic movement, sound, shamanic ritual, and energy work. Whether your anger is quiet and buried or loud and buzzing beneath the surface, this is a safe space to let it move through you. The room will be held within a powerful crystal grid, designed to amplify healing and connection to spirit. You’ll be guided through a series of practices to shake, pulse, and sound the tension out of your body. Throughout the ceremony, Raschel and Grace will offer individual hands-on energy healing and shamanic support, helping you move what your body is ready to let go of. 🌀 Bring items you’d like to place on the altar—crystals, photos, letters, sacred objects—as well as anything that helps you feel safe and supported ( blanket, water, journal). 💫 This is a space of reverence, intensity, and healing. You do not need to be calm to be here. You just need to be ready.
