Join Reiki practitioner and meditation guide, Karlie Kuehn, for a healing Sunday morning meditation circle designed to nurture a deep connection with Mother Earth and ignite a sense of safety and presence within. In this sacred space, you will be gently guided through somatic movement, sound healing, and meditative practices that cultivate inner safety, nourish your energy, and reconnect you to the love and wisdom of your heart chakra. Focused on working with Earth elements, this circle offers a safe and supportive environment for anyone looking to cleanse their energy, reconnect to their true self, and reignite a sense of purpose and love within. Each participant will also receive individual Reiki to enhance their healing experience. Please bring comfy clothing, a journal, a crystal of your choice, and any other items that ensure comfort during the guided meditation portion (pillows, blankets, bolsters).
