Indigenous people utilize sound to connect with the earth. They feel the heartbeat through the sound of the drum. Many of us feel grounded because we may feel earth bound and not guided spiritually. This could be a sign of the root being turn down low or off. Let's explore the different sounds to help us open to the root - safe, secure - find ways to meet our basic needs.
