Service Description

Join Karlie for a guided meditation circle that harnesses the energy of the fall equinox to support you in cleansing your energy system and transitioning into a new season. Through this peaceful session, we will connect you home to inner-peace and deep relaxation. Reiki will be shared both with the group and individually to each attendee. To prepare, please bring a pillow, comfy clothing, and any other spiritual goodies that help you feel grounded and receptive.
