Shadow Work has always been apart of your journey... Through this class we will lean in and learn more about looking at the sticky parts of your life rising up and grow through them. Your emotions, triggers, heartaches and shadows are here to act as a sacred guide. This class will help you honor and embrace what already is - allowing it to lead you to your next, most empowered steps. Week 1: Introduction to Shadow Work, what is it? Meeting your shadow self, identifying main triggers rising up in your life as not late and allowing those shadows into the light. Week 2: Journeying through an Inner Child shadow. How does the little person inside you react and rear its hackles when certain situations arise. We’ll spend time in processing, guided meditation/ processing and into action of how to take this and give that little person what they need to feel safe and loved. Week 3: Rage and Burn. We’re going to spend time with these first emotions. Where are they wanting to have space to move and breath and how do they show up in your life? Let’s learn, experience and allow the fire to instigate the phenolic energy within us all. We’ll end class with a burn and release of what is ready to be set free, within. Week 4: Rebirth. Grief and loss are one of the most unifying emotional experiences. Whether it’s the loss of a person or a past version of yourself - we’ll move through these emotions and allow that beautiful soul standing on the other side to stand tall. Week 5: Evolve and Embrace. This final week will leave us on the otherwise of process these big feelings and seeing the impact this has had on our daily experience. We’ll talk about how these shadows are still showing up, sustainable practices in continuing to honor and hear them, as well as looking at the path these experiences are sending you down. We’ll leave with a shadow plan - to continue your journey, journaling prompts and a new perspective being with these sacred pieces of yourself.
